How do Our Shadow Beliefs Affect Grief and Our Experience of Loss?

Join us for this free session, where we'll explore the limiting shadow beliefs that keep us grieving fully and living fully.

What Is Shadow Work?

Rooted in the wisdom of renowned psychoanalyst Carl Jung, shadow is made up of all the parts of ourselves that we hide, deny, suppress and disown — the parts we don’t want to be and don’t think we are, as well as the parts we’d like to be but think we’re not. Embrace your shadow and harness the potent untapped power that lives inside you.
