While we understand that all grief is heartbreaking, Tender Hearts is a community focused on the death of a person.
DAVID KESSLER will compassionately guide you to...
There is no timeline in grief. But there are guideposts along the way. Follow the weekly lessons and LIVE Heart-to-Hearts to help you find your own path to healing.
Connect with a supportive community on your own terms and in your own time. This unique grief group is not on social media and it's always there when you need it.
Grief must be witnessed. But too often, our relatives and friends just don't understand the depths of our pain. In Tender Hearts, we will explore all facets of grief so that we can connect more deeply to ourselves and to others and create a path to peace.
Meet David Kessler and the team for check-ins on a live ZOOM call. Get the compassion and support you need and know you are not alone. We will support each other as we navigate the rocky terrain of grief together.
The Tender Hearts Pathway will lead you through all of the phases of grief. You will always know exactly where you are in the process. Take weekly steps that are appropriate to where you are to find peace and healing and a life that honors your loved one.
Real-talk teaching that goes beyond the platitudes so you can get to a point of true healing. Each week, you will receive a new video lesson that you can access at any time. You will be asked to consider a growth-inspiring question.
Grief can be isolating. Share your thoughts and get support in the Town Square. This digital community is there for you whenever you need it. Plus, you can connect with others who have experienced a similar loss.
Join the weekly ZOOM Heart-to-Hearts to learn from David. Each week, we will discuss a special topic in grief. Bring your questions as David will work directly with you and other community members to take a deeper dive into healing.

Each week, we will address a specific topic in grief and you'll get a small but powerful assignment. You’re not alone! Your grief is unique but you’ll find we have more in common than what separates us.
This is the place where you can share your story - come here when you’re having a rough day, or a better day to connect and share, to have your grief witnessed, and give and receive encouragement.
Live via ZOOM. David answers your questions with his unique combination of compassion and real-talk to help you move forward and make way for more peace. Work directly with David and learn from others.
"With Tender Hearts, you can show up wherever you are and access the program in any way that works for you."
"Thank you for being in this world and shedding light on grief. Literally. You literally shine light into people’s hearts that aren’t sure whether they can carry on with the weight of grief. THANK YOU."
"Thank you for being a voice of reason and healing."
"This has been so helpful already! Sometimes I feel David is directly voicing some of my feelings and concerns. I'm learning so much both ways about my own grief and others I feel so privileged to be able to take part."
"I am beginning to remember with more love than pain because of your wisdom and compassion."
Follow the guideposts along the way to make honor your grief and make gentle, meaningful progress towards remembering with more love than pain.
From the moment life changed, grief put you on a new unwanted road. Learn about the new world you’re in. We will help you with the abandonment, isolation, shock. As well as the rumination, guilt, and the painful memories that are stuck in your mind. Understand fully you’re not crazy, you’re in grief.
Break open your heart. Learn to recognize your trauma and how we stay stuck in it as well as how to deal with it. Understand the brain science of why it becomes so hard to release the bad and remember the good. How to begin to find a place of peace that will honor the person who has died.
We didn’t choose this path. We’ll ask ourselves questions that will help us get past the blocks and navigate our own grief journey. Gently allow your curiosity to lead you.
Love never dies. Our relationships continue. Part of our grief journey is finding new ways to continue our relationship. Find meaning and turn your pain into purpose as you begin to reimagine a future that honors your loved one.
As we grow, we work on compassionately integrating our grief and our love. We support each other and practice self-care in evolving hearts. Get exclusive access to special Evolving Hearts-only meetings and content.
